MODULE 1: LIGHT

We are beings of light with energy fields all around us, and that means we need light. It brings us physical and non-physical energy. There are many easy ways to connect with light such as going outside during the day or just lighting a candle. Even moonlight has healing properties.
 

There are many therapies that are starting to include light such as red-light therapies. These therapies can be used to kill pathogens in the gut and improve vitality of your tissues and organs.

MODULE 2: SOUND

Sound is the vibrational frequency that is constantly washing over us and our systems. It brings us coherence and unity within our being. Even plants and animals can be impacted by sound beyond just hearing it.  

Instrumental tools such as sound bowls can be used to calm your body as it calms your mind. Hand pans are another tool that can also be used for short bursts of stress reduction and energy cleansing.

MODULE 3: SMELL

Smell is the strongest of all senses, and it brings us back to our original blueprint of our beings. Plants even use smells to send signals. Did you know that the smell of freshly mown grass is a danger signal scent by plants to warn one another?

 

Essential Oils are being used to bring peace and calmness in many situations, even outside of holistic therapies. Some surgeons are using essential oils for patients before surgery to calm them.

MODULE 4: TOUCH

Touch is a profound sense. There are already countless studies on what touch does for the body and the connections that come from touch. We also have a wealth of information on how having not enough touch harms your health, physically and mentally. One specific example is your fascia. The fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds your body, and touch is one of the main ways to help invigorate your fascia and promote healthy drainage.

 

But it isn’t just self touch. You also need to touch others. If you hug for even just six seconds, you release oxytocin - the happy hormone. Even just petting an animal is enough to create that healing touch!

MODULE 5: TASTE

Taste is a connecting sense. For example, the taste of food brings pleasure to nourishment, and taste helps to bring our minds close to the foods impacting our health and bodies. Even things you don’t enjoy the taste of such as medicine or even cilantro can be an indicator for health concerns.

 

The mouth has over a million nerve endings, which is part of why taste is so impactful. Even holistic remedies that are held in the mouth before being ingested are being absorbed in a different way than anything that is simply swallowed, just because of the added element of taste.

MODULE 6: INTUITION
